The Pros: Basically a fun and enjoyable download that runs in 4 languages, and has three modes to play in, plus some silly DLCs, and UPlay. Monopoly Plus (PS3) was a $5 PSN download during Xmas, I wanted to try a new version, so i did and i thought it was enjoyable, until i found some things to criticize about it. It's good practice if you're bored I suppose. So overall while I wouldn't say Ubisoft dropped the ball on this one, it could have been sooo much better, but the way it is now it's definitely not worth 15 dollars (what were they thinking? 10 bucks would be just fine). You also can't combine house rules and the online rooms are empty (I guess it's not Ubisoft's fault). The only thing the bots are good for is not making dumb trades between themselves, but apparently they can't resist giving you a monopoly when you offer them a company + 100 bucks for that last lot you need.
Even on the hardest mode, they'll still trade you monopolies for peanuts. This is so basic, even Monopoly on my Nokia dumphone has a speed up feature. On other issues, you can't speed up the AIs' turns (so most of the time you'll just be watching the AI take their time on their turns instead of actually playing). It's super frustrating to lose a game of monopoly because of a technicality, and while it would be interesting as a house rule it's NOT how Monopoly is actually played. So if you don't have enough money to buy it you *have* to auction it, and if you don't have enough money to bid on the action (you probably won't) that's too bad.
